Worth it

I wasn't sure about moving away from the classic drain plug option because I was nervous about what might happen, but 10,000 miles later and 4 oil changes and i couldn't be more impressed. It's held up perfectly, and has made my life much easier since my car is lowered and getting under even with my blocks is a hassle when I need to get the drain bolt off. With this valve you can slide your hand in and out in 30 seconds (after you use it a time or two to get used to it) and get your new oil out and ready while it drains. Love it.

Make oil changes easier

Oil filter on top and a drain valve for the oil makes regular maintenance painless, plus no need to worry about crossthreading the drain plug.

Mess free

Trying to get oil into a pan before using this was just creating such a mess now I can direct it perfectly into the pan. My driveway is much happier.
