Great hat for the outback

This is a great woollen felt hat for the Australian sun. The felt is yummy and thick (sometimes photoes don’t show real size). This is a large sun hat with wide brim and moderately large crown. I’m not a fan of cowboy style but it was easily slightly reshaped with new band that I designed with acrylic paint pens. The material band inside the hat makes for a snug fit- I put some cotton material inside it to make it a bit tighter. Later the band may shrink, I’m not sure. It’s a comfortable soft but sturdy alternative to other serious hats at a great price!
