Cute when in up mode

This is a nice solution if you need the curtain to be fully up or fully down. I like how it looks but I failed to understand when making the purchase that I can’t lower it halfway down or three quarters of the way down. If it worked this way, I would buy another but unfortunately this curtain doesn’t meet my needs.
