Desk Mat

The original order came in and had the mat missing — instead the box contained a black pipe. It appeared as though someone had stolen the original mat and had replaced it with a pipe. So why is this a 5 star review? OrbitKey’s response. I reached out to OrbitKey about this issue and they immediately put in a free replacement order and were incredibly responsive in getting this issue resolved for me. Their support literally responded to me within an hour on a Sunday and had a new replacement order created that same day — way outside of any of my expectations. The replacement order for the mat came in today and I can state it’s quite good. The bigger thing for me though is how someone or an organization deals with problems when they crop up and I’ll absolutely be supporting OrbitKey in the future due to the great support I received from them. Very satisfied with what I received and OrbitKey overall.

Elegant Design and Thoughtful Details

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love it! The magnetic cable holder is my favorite feature—it keeps everything neat and organized while adding a very classy and elegant touch to the setup. The quality is excellent, and the design is both beautiful and functional. Highly recommended!
