I have a small container with me always. Its a MUST HAVE when I travel. I add it to my water bottle with lemon juice for my gym workout

Excellent blend of salt and seaweed slivers. Tastes very nice. Elevates the taste of meals nicely. It’s even drinkable in water and is very palatable to me. I love it and will be using this as a staple once I have completed my weight loss journey!
