This hair is terrible. I will never purchase it again. It was not soft upon arrival or after the initial wash and blow dry. After the stylist finished it’s SUPER frizzy and rough. Not soft at all. It’s been that way since day one of the install. I spent over $300 on hair and $400+ on the install and I’m sick over it because of the hair. I just got my hair done four days ago it looks two months old. DO NOT BUY.
