Been using this inside and we’re obsessed with it, the color is amazing, great size and height. Was well packaged and arrived with no damage.

Broken Saucer … no reply to two emails

The product is actually great and I’m a plant nerd. But their customer service is none existent. Saucer arrived broken and after two emails with no reply I suppose I’m out of luck … and I never write reviews. This really goes to show - positive experiences are shared way less than negative. And they are even enticing my review with a potential $100 gift card which if I win, will go towards a new unbroken saucer. lol
