Dalotia "Atheta" coriaria - Rove Beetle - Fungus Gnat Control

I have had good experiences with ordering this item before, but when these arrived this time the bugs were all over the bag and it was very difficult to disperse them onto the plants.

Hard to tell if working rn but everything was well packaged and easy to set up.

Extremely disappointed I’ve ordered rove beetles in the past and got nothing. Didn’t even see one. Package was extremely hot upon arrival. They sent me another batch and I requested extra ice packs. The order was great full of life! And they reproduced and lived a long time! So now my recent order I called in and requested extra ice packs but when my package showed up it only had one ice pack. The contents were extremely hot and I could only see 2 rove beetles. It’s like they’re capable of a good product but they definitely take advantage of customers and make the customers make the supplier sell what they’re advertising.
