These shoes are lovely. The leather is sumptuous, I really wanted to love them, but sadly they aren’t going to be my everyday shoe. I am usually a 39 in Sarah Flint heels, but it feel like flats are way more complicated. I ordered a 38.5 and a 39 to be safe and tried both on around the house. The 38.5 was a little too tight to be comfortable and felt like they weren’t going to give with wear. The 39 was a little looser than ideal. I waffled between the two for a long time and finally settled on the 39 and wore them out. Big mistake, after less than a mile I had pretty severe blisters. But of course, I already wore them out of the house, so now I’m stuck with them. It really sucks for something that is such an investment. I’ll still give them 4 stars, because I’m definitely to blame, but for me they’re probably a 2. I really wish they would ship shoes with plastic protectors on the bottom, so I could test them around the house for longer without worrying they wouldn’t be returnable.

Absolutely love the new perfrct ballet flat. I did need to size up from my usual 37.5 to 38. I needed more room in toe box area.
