What great customer service i got this product for my perfect draft black mechine unfortunately it was one of the new mechines so it didnt fit so i contacted the team and got back to me straight away they gave me the chance for a full refund or they could send me one that would fit my mechine as its a brand new product but i would take a week for the new attachment as it was being ordered and would be made available as soon as fhe recived them so they sent me a pre paid QR code so i didnt have to go out of pocket and kept updating me on all the steps i would recommend to everyone 10/10 hands down
