Holy grail!!!
I am prone to milia and this 10% urea is the only thing I've ever found that prevents them! There's no shea butter, which does cause milia on me. It feels thick an creamy out of the tube but spreads easily and soaks right in, leaving me moisturized but not greasy. I only use it in the AM because I use tretinoin at night. A little goes a really long way. I wash with a salicylic acid cleanser but have stopped all other acids and have the best results ever. There's nothing else like it, and if it is ever discontinued I'll be devastated!

the ONLY moisturizer Inkey offers for for very dry skin
I cannot get thru the winter without this moisturizer. I have dry, dry (mature) skin. With all the serums, etc, it's still dehydrated - been this way my entire life. Without it, my skin is taught, dull & flaky (not eliminated 100%).
