Great Customer Service
I purchased a total of 4 Wax Sealing Stamps online from my home in Oregon, USA. After a couple of weeks I could see from the tracking number that the package had arrived in the US but had been returned to the sender as not having a valid delivery address. I called the US Postal Service, but was told I would have to contact the sender. I contacted Artistaire in Canada and gave them all of the information I had been given. They called me back the next morning and said they had contacted the US Post Office and were advised that the package was missing and could not be traced. Artistaire advised that they would send 4 more stamps to me via UPS, which I received a few days later. My items arrived in perfect condition, meticulously wrapped and exactly as ordered. I hope that somehow the lost package finds its way back to Artistaire in Canada. What a great company and wonderful employees to do business with! I send them my most sincere thanks.

Letters & Daisies
I had been eyeing Artisaire for a few months and they finally came out with this beautiful, elegant design that simply goes with everything (almost everything!). The overall experience was simply wonderful; from the quick shipping to the gorgeous/mind-blowing packaging, and finally all the little details - make receiving this wax stamp truly a magical experience. I ordered sealing wax (and the heat gun!) in the color linen and am excited to start sending adorable mail. My fiancé was a little jealous of my stamp and ordered himself one too with his initials (he also picked his own color). I was skeptical at first because some initials can be odd looking, but the Artisaire team did such a wonderful job with his as well! We are both looking forward to sending mail and simply gifting each other dainty mail with a special touch. Thank you Artisaire for the quality, customer experience and overall values of your company.
