I have bought many dozens of pounds of EBT over the years, Because it is one of the most balanced black teas available. It has a consistent text, taste and aroma that is pleasing to both nose and pallet. It is an easy buy for me. I steep the tea for between one and two minutes. Beyond that time, it can become too astringent.
