I've bought a couple quads from here now and this one is my favorite. Well built with no unnecessary parts to increase rigidity of the plastics. Already has an installed kill tether. Looks very good and the engine purrs. I have one complaint and that is that part of the exhaust pipe does run under the frame. I'm not to worried though being as it's a child's quad and unlikely to be damaged by hard riding. Overall amazing deal and I'm glad to of made this purchase.

Good starting point for a youth ATV

We've only had it for a couple of weeks now, but thus far, it's been a good starting point for a youth ATV. I say starting point, because right off the bat, there are a number of modifications you'll want to do in order to make it safer for your kid to ride. I suggest machining 2" handlebar extensions to increase control/leverage, 2" hubcentric rear wheel spacers to bring the rear track width out to match the front and reduce the likelihood of tipping over, softer front coilovers (the stock ones don't compress with a 250 lb rider on them, much less a 65lb kid), and consider adapting a front disc brake kit to fit, as the front drum brakes hardly work at all. The stock rear hydraulic disc does great though. With these modifications in place, it's a great youth ATV to build skill and confidence on, and it comes in at a good price point provided you're able to make the parts mentioned above yourself.
