Delivery issues

Order confirmed with delivery 3-5days, but no confirmed date despite a hefty £40 delivery charge. Heard nothing back so contacted the company. No telephone number so done by online chat. Assistant very helpful and I was told item already delivered to my home that very day, whilst I was out! Fortunately all ok when I eventually got back to check it and product was as expected. Need to improve communication about delivery. I would never order from a company without a contact number again.

Easy to use website to order top quality products

I was replacing old roofing to our patio bbq canopy. The website offers easy to understand listings regarding sizing, fixing etc. The whole lot was delivered on the second working day after ordering.
