Why my company is a repeat customer

The quality of the decals is really good. They last a long time and are offered at discounted rates. They are incredibly affordable for our brand. I will continue to work with custom stickers, and I highly recommend that anyone else who owns a small business do the same. I would say the only advice I have is that the amount of time it actually takes to get the proofs done and the stickers in hand could be a faster, especially while I'm paying for expedited shipping. I highly recommend otherwise

Air bubbles. :(

Unfortunately, this is likely the last order I'll ever make. I am very sad to part ways. :( I've been ordering from customstickers for a couple years now. In that time, I've received stickers of varying quality, which I've forgiven because their prices are very competitive. However, this most recent order was just... too awful to tolerate anymore. Customer service rep was nice, but unfortunately wasn't helpful. Since my stickers have air bubbles, it was suggested that I wait for the bubbles to 'settle'. We all know isn't how lamination works. Bubbles don't just disappear over time. The rep also suggested that I should use an air dryer to heat the stickers and that that would get rid of the bubbles for sure. It did not. It just warped the paper, and now I have curly stickers with bubbles which I cannot sell. Again, customstickers has a very competitive price point and faster shipping than most other printing companies, but if you're getting bogus quality stickers 90% of the time, it's just a colossal waste of money. If I could offer helpful advice to customstickers, I'd encourage them to prioritize consistency, and add a step in the production process for quality checking their products before shipping to customers.
