Beautifully Made Shirts with Beautiful Monograms

These well-made oxford shirts are beautifully crafted and expertly designed. The material is substantial without being stuffy or oppressive, even in the summer in the South. After washing, while they really pop with a quick pass over with the iron, a little wrinkle release spray will make you presentable and polished. The option to add the monogram is so much fun - as is the variety of patterns offered. I own one in every color - two in white. My own quibble is I always select the pocket for the location and opt for the same style for the monogram. One shirt came to me with the monogram in the place I selected, in the style I picked, with the thread colored I wanted. It also had an extra monogram in a font I did not choose on the collar in black. The website is clear that personalized items cannot be returned. I do not know what happened checking out - I always review my order information for custom items at least 3 times as I know they cannot be returned - or perhaps something went awry during production? Either way it was very disappointing and I am not sure I will trust them with another order, at least not in the immediate future. But the 4 shirts I have that are exactly as I ordered them are staples in my wardrobe and I am only sorry more apparel isn’t offered - even with the mishap, if it was as well made as the shirts and PJs and could be monogrammed, I would not hesitate to buy it (though perhaps placing a call to customer service to be sure the clothing would indeed be exactly to my liking).

Quality of shirt fabric has gone down

The quality of these shirts has gone down since the last time I purchased them. The fabric is thinner and wrinkles more easily than the old shirts. I used to be able to pull them out of the dryer without having to iron them and now with the two new ones I just bought, they NEED to be ironed.
