Better sleep!

I’ve noticed since using my sauna that my sleep tracker on my Apple Watch will consistently put my sauna time in my sleep cycle as core sleep which is a very relaxed state. I’m certainly addicted to a nightly sauna, and know it’s benefitting me greatly!

Amazing experience

I’ll lay in this for 30 minutes at the higgest temperature and i barely break a sweat. I’m very disappointed in the money I spent on this and I should have just stuck with the sauna at the gym.
