I have lower back and hip pain and sleep hot. This mattress (medium soft) has been perfect and I'm sleeping much better after trying several other products from other companies. Make sure to have someone strong around to assemble the mattress when it arrives. The latex slabs are soft and heavy so it's a bit tricky on your own.
