This is the best new harvest olive oil that I have tried. It is full bodied and has a wonderfully fresh, earthy aroma and taste. I use it daily for salads as well as cooking. One favorite use is drizzling Novello and balsamic vinegar over soft boiled eggs, avocado, and tomatoes with a dash of salt and pepper.

Best Olive Oil I ever had

I am a longtime customer of Lucero and have never been disappointed. Product is high quality, very tasty, and sooo good. Cannot find anything like this in stores. I look forward to this every year, I give these as gifts now to friends and family for the holidays, and they also now look forward to it!!

Wonderfully complex Mission Olive Oil

This is what a well-made, robust, complex Mission olive oil should taste like when it is harvested at the perfect stage of fruit maturity. It tastes very fresh and very complex with many ripe and green flavor characteristics. It is quite floral, slightly nutty and buttery with a hint of ripe citrus fruit flavors. It is also very herbaceous and grassy with characteristics of green apple, mint, and cinnamon with a nice black pepper and chili pepper finish. It is very well balanced.
