Wrong time of year for yogurt
Unfortunately, it is the wrong time of year to make yogurt in my house as it doesn't reach 20degs C, so not getting the best results. But I have found a wee trick to help things along - don't use milk straight from the fridge, warm it to 20degs C before mixing with the yogurt, and then putting it in box with a hotwater bottle overnight
