Product is great

This pull up bar looks great and is well built. I had to mount 2x6 stringers to ceiling joists because the joist spacing where i wanted to mount it was not correct. House builder's fault not Ultimate Body Press. Once I got it mounted it is solid and looks really good. The only issue I have is not with the product but with customer service. Never responded to voicemail, email or online form submission. Thank you for building a great product!
