Phoebe Sage Set of 4 Goblet Beverage Glasses

It's the most magnificent pieces I ever bought!! This color and shape is gorgeous!!

A glass broke from putting ice in from the fridge door dispenser. I wanted Mikassa to send a postage paid label to me so I could return all glasses (I bought 8). They refused. They said they’re sending a 4 pack of glasses to replace the one that broke, but I think the glass is obviously too thin & I don’t want them. This is poor customer service.
