Great quality ingredients. I have sensitive skin and was scared to use anything scented, but the grit helped exfoliate my skin.

I saw an IG advertisement on a bundle which included a pouch but don’t like purchasing through social media platforms so I went straight to the website and placed my order hoping to find the same bundle which included the pouch but never found it. I made the purchase but I still wanted the travel pouch.

Dr. Squatch created the shipping label and that’s it. I called for an update after a week. They gave some bogus excuses without even looking into my order. They said that the carrier probably lost it as they usually do. Turned out my order never left the warehouse. Staff was completely dismissive and unapologetic.
