Excellent!!! Chicken/beef Demi-Glacé adds a rich flavor to meats, sauces, soups etc. once you’ve cooked with it you will won’t be able to do without it.

Wonderful products. I love this company, I love their mission, and their customer service is beyond reproach. There are clean organic broths and other things out there, however there is nothing cleaner and better tasting on the market then Fond.
