Product Received is not what is in the image

Ordered this - the product you receive is not what is pictured on the website. I e-mailed them and have gotten very little response back and they still have not sent me a return label... I have requested it twice (over phone and e-mail) and they also haven't e-mailed back to my e-mail chain with them in well over 5 days at this point. All we want is to return the product since we thought the product was different than received. Extremely disappointed in not only the product but the customer service as well.
