Effortless Bangle

I love evry jewels but their promised “waterproof jewelry” came tarnished at the clasp. One of my earrings barely opened and the other one opens all the way. The bangles are good but also starting to tarnish after wearing for 1 day even though I got the waterproof one and didn’t even put it in the water:( also my little pouch it came with was ripped and everything fell out of it and was like all over the package but thankfully they were individually wrapped too. I love evry and my other order was fine but I’m scared to wear my jewelry in the water if it’s already tarnishing outside the water:(
