Great tracking tool for a beginner

I'm currently taking lessons to help my speaking voice as my new job requires a lot more speaking than before and I was quickly getting vocal strain. I got this in conjunction with the Singing Straw set to help me take my voice and vocal health more seriously. This is a great tracking tool. I deeply appreciate the spaces for recording warm-ups and cool downs as they have helped me incorporate these into my routine. I also enjoyed the affirmations, as they helped me think of my voice differently. It is well bound, has ample space for notes, and I am very pleased with it.
