Chain holding charm to necklace broke

I love this necklace and its look and the chain is clearly high quality, but the link holding the charm to the chain is very easily broken

BROKEN!

I hade 2 things in this order! A wristband and this necklace. The wristband I’m very happy with, but this necklaces… I was soooo excited to open it and wear it… but the chain had snapped in two on two of the links. I was devastated!!! I tried to put it together again, but needed to ask my father for help cus it would not sit! I am sad, sad that it was broken before I even got to open it.
