Necklace was broken

When I got the package I was so SO HAPPY, but when I opened it up 1 of 2 products was broken. The wristband was PERFECT, but the necklace on the other hand… the chain was broken. I was really sad about it cus it was the thing I wanted the most… I like the quality of the products, but the chain on the necklace is really thin.. so I can understand that two of the chain-bits had "opened" them selves during shipping. I tried fixing it myself, but needed my father’s help. I managed to connect the chain back together, but I don’t know how long it will last before it breaks again. — I ordered two things, this bracelet that is AMAZIBG! And the elytra necklace… it’s a cool produckt, but it came broken :(

me and my boyfriend have matching ones of this and we can confirm it's a great bracelet. only thing I will say is take care and place back in box when not wearing, otherwise the chain gets easily tangled. nice clasp and cute attention to details ( creeper head on the end of the bracelet )

Had to get Bracelet replaced

Sadly I can’t give it the 5 stars I wanted to, my bracelet broke in a few weeks however they were happy to send me a replacement. I love the way it look although it’s a bit of a punish to put on yourself
