Cool look for festival

Great looking bag with enough room for festival essentials. Includes a zipped pocket on the outside facing your body that you can keep your phone in. Marked down by one point because the zips aren’t particularly smooth and I am a bit worried about how long they will last.

Excellent as always!

I bought this gorgeous bag along with several scarves and a few other items for Christmas presents. There was a problem with the delivery company but as soon as I contacted customer service I had a response immediately and the problem was sorted within 24 hours and all my presents arrived on time. Incredible customer service (thanks again Debs ☺️) and all items were so beautiful as always.
