I was struggling to get my toddler to sleep because he wanted to read books for over 40 min. Now, we get to read for 20 min with soft music and when the time is up, the hatch will get darker and a story will begin to play and he understands that’s his cue to go to his crib. Shortened my bedtime routine by more than half thanks to this personalizable routine!

Replacement Works Beautifully

We had an older hatch (purchased in 2024) that suddenly stopped working. It wouldn’t play white noise continuously anymore & somehow Hatch on their end saw us trying to fix it and must’ve determined it wouldn’t be able to be fixed so they sent us a new generation sound machine and it has worked beautifully since! Hatch’s customer service is top tier bc before I could even reach out about our issue, they had identified it & remedied it by sending us a new one. So thankful so our toddler & us as parents can continue sleeping peacefully!

When my older baby Hatch model started having unexpected issues the company reached out to me to send a replacement before I could even contact them about it. I have all 3 different types: baby, travel, and adult. 10/10 recommend to all friends and family…especially those with a baby on the way.
