Still haven't received these trousers after 3 weeks

These trousers plus one other were shipped on July 3rd and received by the FedEx facility in Greenwood, Indiana on July 4th. They have never been delivered to me. They were shipped via FedEx Economy which is a terrible way to ship anything.
