NOA NOA LUXE VC7 EVO Serum

Great and effective serum. I have acne prone combinated skin type and this serum works wonders for me any season. Using it as the third step after face wash and toner for about 6-7 months and my acne spots (pigmentation) improved dramatically. Even during the deep photo check at doctor’s office my dermatologist noticed no signs of pigmentation unlike a year ago when my face was covered with the spots all over. It has a consistency of water and doesn’t dry or moisturizers your skin.
