Very disappointed. The wheelchair was advertised as 18 inches, but that measurement was from the outside of the armrests—the actual seat was only 16 inches, which wasn’t made clear. Communication was very poor, with long waits for replies. I was also charged return postage and then criticised for using extra tape to make sure the box was secure. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Very well engineered and moves extremely well. Slightly Heaver than I expected but because of that it's nice and sturdy . Opens and folds with ease and fits in the car boot with no trouble. I'm very happy with my purchase.
