I'll be honest and say I used another clear protein for a bit before Flow launched their version. Couldn't be happier to make the switch, as Flow's has both more protein and less sugar. 10/10, will only be buying this one moving forward

Love the taste of this protein powder. It is a refreshing fruit flavor that hits the spot. Definitely try this one out if you haven't yet. You won't be disappointed.

Really good, I got the fruit punch. Refreshing after a workout plus puts 25g of protein back in your system. No bloating at all. I get tired of protein shakes so this is great. Only bad thing is the bag doesn’t last very long for the price.
