This is my first experience with HPG and the quality of their products is off the charts. However, what I’m most impressed with is their customer service. The order I placed had a few issues which I created. I reached out to the customer service team, and was assisted by Matt. He took the time to understand what I what I needed and worked behind the scenes to correct my order and kept me posted each step of the way. It took a few emails but his understanding, attitude and professionalism gave me more confidence in HPG, and made me more comfortable with my purchases. Thanks Matt and HPG, keep up the good work!
