Right EarPod replacement

My purchased right EarPod pro second generation. I tried to set it up on my own and was having difficulty but the company was extremely quick on communication and helped me right away. This is a game changer when you lose or damage one EarPod or device.

My replacement AirPod works perfectly. Initially, I ordered the wrong replacement. It was totally my mistake, but I had no issues in returning the incorrect one and obtaining the right replacement. Customer service was outstanding!
