Great Presentation, Poor Transfer

Although this has a cool look, it seems little effort went into the actual transfer to the tape. I couldn't hear hardly anything in this movie. This isn't an issue because it's on tape, I have plenty of tapes and have never had this issue. Nearly every time I watch any media (including VHS tapes) the volume is set to level 15 out of 100, so when I had the volume set as high as it could go and neither my friend or I could understand the dialogue, I was pretty disappointed. There was a high pitched humming noise and the rest of the audio was muffled and extremely quiet. A few issues with packaging such as loose lights were easy to fix, and is likely caused by delivery. It's definitely a great find for collector's, but I want to actually watch the movie I paid to watch.
