Use it all the time in my breadcrumb coatings - Panko crumbs, Maldon salt flakes, ground black pepper, sesame seeds kaffir lime leaf powder and sometimes fresh grated lemon (lisbon type) or lime zest. Just delicious on fish fillets or chicken or pork schnitzels. Yum.
