Excellent customer service
My Gabi hat that I bought in 2023 ripped on the seam and I asked them if I could sew it and they sent me a new hat instead!! That’s great customer service!

Good fit
Very classic hat the only improvement would be make the hat box area shorter in height.

Perfect Petite Gabi
