Embroidery Came Loose After a Few Wears

I love this dress however, it has an issue. I tried contacting customer support but haven’t received a reply yet. After a few wears and less than a week, I started noticing a loose thread around the bat embroidery. Then I noticed that parts of it have come loose. Very pretty dress but the embroidery seems to be poorly made.
