Honestly this scent is a 10/5 for me but the low rating is for the fact that the bottle was broken, i actually cut my finger, and I've reached out via chat more than once and I've emailed since Monday and I've attempted to reach out via FB & IG. The "24/7 support" needs to be removed off the website because it takes forever to reach someone
