OK but Not Inspiring

The pen looks _great_! Unfortunately, the nib is very disappointing, so my writing experience was poor. The nib is not a smooth writer (even an inexpensive Kaweco is much, much better), and it's very sensitive to the type of paper used, ranging from ok at best to scratchy and balky at worst, depending on the paper. Further, the flow is surprisingly inconsistent and very sensitive to the direction and speed of the line being laid down. I was much happier with the quality of the ink and paper provided with the Founder's Bundle. My inclination is to return it, but I'm hoping I can just do a nib replacement.
