They take a little time to get used to the stiffness and pressure on the wrist. Once I figured out to first wrap over the wrist the pressure eventually went away.

Wraps stand up to my boot camp class intensity. Ordered the flexible versus the stiff because of the movements I have to perform. Been using for over six months now and the still provide support as if new.
