YETI Rambler Straw Mug 739 ml (25 oz)

Item itself was fine but I placed order on 12/6/23. Emailed weeks later concerned it would not make it before Christmas even though the website said it would, I was told the same that it was going to make it before Christmas and that they were packaging it now and I’d have a tracking number shortly that was on 12/16/23. The order was not shipped until 12/28/23, and was not received until 1/3/23. Well after Christmas even tho the order was placed before the Christmas deadline! Would not order again. Customer service also ignored me when I reached out the second time on 12/20/23.
