Wall Mounted Tiered Display Cases for LEGO® Minifigures

Still in box waiting for parts

Hi. Mine came without hardware, but I contacted customer service and its on the way. I didn't find the website chat box too helpful for this, but a call into them was very helpful. The website chatbox just kinda crashed out at the same step for me (right after you choose the product in question). So I didnt put it together yet but previously bought the star wars sign one which is very nice and prompted me to buy this one. Now I see they have ones themed star wars without the sign I probably would've bought. Its a cool product, the studs receive the figs perfect, the magnet attachment of for the front cover works slick. I actually have 2 more orders on the way.

Missing front cover and no response from customer service

Let's start with the positive..... It's a great looking case, the figures are spaced nicely so they can be displayed with accessories. Construction is fairly simple and installation very simple, alot easier than the Star Wars logo minifigure case. On the down side one of the shelves bows upwards, the slots don't seem to be aligned properly but it's not really that noticeable. The major problem was mine arrived without the front cover, I raised a ticket with customer services but have heard nothing back.... very disappointing. So I basically have a useless display at the moment. I was also missing six studs but I intend to replace them all with Genuine lego studs so not an issue.

Broken and No Contact Response from Company

I was very excited to receive this item but it has not been a good experience Building instructions were difficult and not intuitive at all. I unwrapped the very last piece which was the display glass fro the front and it had a large crack in it. I immediatley sent photos and an email to their enquire email and have had no response. Not a great experience. If I do not hear back, I would not reccomend this company going forward. These are almost cost prohibitive and as a result would think getting in touch would be easier. This item took 12 weeks to get here on a quoted 8-10 and now I am stuck with a broken unit and no communication.
