Organic Elderberry - Loose Leaf Botanical

Great Flavor I have never tried making tea using dried elderberry. I used and truly enjoyed elderberry syrup, I also used elderberry tea bags, but it was rather disappointing experience, perhaps not so much related to the content but to the bags. So, when I noticed that FRC sold organic dried elderberry – loose leaf, I decided to try it. I made simple research and slightly adjusted the preparation by increasing both the temperature to approximately 212 deg. F and steeping time to 15-17 minutes. The result was great, and I quite savored the flavor. Hopefully, it was not only the first cup, and I will continue enjoying the drink. So far, I did not try preparing the drink using FRC recommendations on the package and perhaps the taste would be similar or even better.

The tea is exactly what I was looking for! Most elderberry blends have some base with a few elderberries, but this is truly an elderberry tea! Great value for the money
