The package was not executed as advertised. The description said that the proposal and applications would all be done without AI, and I detected AI throughout. I addressed it with the representative, and slight changes were made. I chose a package with several Grant applications included because the promotion stated that the company had a high percentage of getting grants awarded for clients. My company was not awarded any of the grants, and several came back saying that the company did not align with the specific grants. This means they did not research the grant criteria and eligibility well before applying, thus wasting an application. I found out about the program from the owner's Instagram page. The website said the company has had great success for clients ; unfortunately, that is not the result I received. The proposal itself is a good starting point, but I had to hire another company to improve it and make us competitive. I'm disappointed in the product and the results.
