Nespresso compatible "Mujeres Cafeteras" Capsules

Love the coffee…but the pods arrived damaged and DO NOT WORK

I was SO excited to receive my Nespresso pods, but I was concerned because they were shipped in an envelope — and the envelope arrived quite smashed and dirty. The boxes inside were also smashed. Please see the photos. I thought perhaps they would be ok, so I tried the pods. Although I have been able to get a few of them to work (and those were amazing!), the majority of the pods just seized up my machine, making it squeal and expelling the pod without any espresso at all coming out of the machine. Please see the photos of how they look when I open the machine - just shriveled pods! Please let me know if you could either send replacement pods (in a box) or if you can offer a refund for the pods. Thank you so much. I love your products, and I really hope there is some way I am able to get it safely!
